Processing time. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Delivery times. Our products ship directly from our fulfillment partner. Typical delivery times after dispatch:
- United States: 7 to 15 business days
- Canada: 7 to 15 business days
- Other regions: 10 to 25 business days
These are estimates. Customs processing, holidays, and carrier delays can extend delivery times, and we're not able to control those once a package has left our partner's facility.
Shipping cost. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. Any free-shipping offers will be shown on the product page and applied automatically.
Tracking. Tracking numbers can take 2 to 5 days to show movement after they're issued. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, email us and we'll look into it.
Customs and duties. International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices.
Wrong address. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can correct an address within 12 hours of ordering; after that, the package may already be in transit. We can't refund orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
Lost or damaged packages. If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within 30 days of shipping, contact us at support@shopaurelo.co and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.
